Users may cancel or reschedule their appointment by informing us at least 24 hours before the scheduled counselling session.
Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
If a user fails to attend the scheduled session without prior notice, the appointment shall be treated as a "No-Show," and the fee paid shall be forfeited.
In unforeseen circumstances, Prof. Vivek Mishra Career Counselling Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments.
In such cases, users may opt for rescheduling or a refund, where applicable.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may be accommodated at the discretion of the counselling team.
