2. Appointment Confirmation

An appointment is confirmed only after successful payment of the prescribed fee through the website or authorized payment channels.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made for the same service.
• Payment deducted but appointment not confirmed due to a technical error.
• Cancellation initiated by Prof. Vivek Mishra or the counselling team, where rescheduling is not possible.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Fees once paid shall generally be non-refundable in the following cases:

• After the counselling session has been conducted.
• After a psychometric assessment has been initiated or completed.
• After the career guidance report has been generated or shared.
• In case of non-attendance by the candidate at the scheduled appointment.
• In case of appointment scheduled but cancelled by user.
• Change of mind after booking the service.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Candidates may request rescheduling of their appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests received after this period may not be entertained.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

7. Exceptional Cases

Any refund request arising out of exceptional circumstances shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The decision of Prof. Vivek Mishra shall be final and binding.
